Point-to-Point Encryption (P2PE) is a PCI-certified technology standard that encrypts card data immediately at the point of entry and keeps it secure until it reaches the secure processor. Printec P2PE solutions include (bullets with elements)

Printec P2PE secures every payment end-to-end:
Card Data Capture
Card data is encrypted instantly inside the SRED-certified terminal. No clear PAN ever leaves the device.
Encrypted Data Handling
VIPA handles secure encryption on the terminal. Bluefin P2PE Manager controls device status, keys, and compliance.
Key Management & Decryption
Keys are injected and managed through Bluefin KIF and Verifone RKL. Only Bluefin DecryptX can decrypt the payload, so no sensitive data reaches Printec systems.
Fully PCI P2PE Compliant
Devices, application, KIF and other components are certified, and the solution is fully listed on the PCI website.
