Why?

Pharma products should be available 24/7/365, because the access to remedies anytime, anywhere, is a fundamental human right, not a privilege.

Challenges:

Brick & Mortar pharmarcies are concentrated in large urban centers
Even in large cities, pharmacies operating outside of standard business hours are an exception.
The delivery of medicines is neither safe, not economically viable and there often is a element of urgency
There is a disturbing phenomenon of shortages and the resulting household overstocking with medicines.

As a result, substantial parts of the population are deprived of access to medicines.

The customer touches the screen to initiate a video call. The operator/pharmacist connects and the consultation begins

Call initiation

Throughout the discussion, the operator selects the products according to the symptoms/needs and availability

Product selection & availability

Once the product list is finalized, the total is calculated and the POS is activated to accept the payment by card.

Payment

The products are delivered one by one, using the QR code printed on the box. Confirmation process runs to make sure that the right product is delivered.

Delivering the products

Once the order is completed, a receipt is issued and uploaded to the fiscal authorities.

Completing the order

The operator confirms that the customer does not need anything else, and the device is now ready for the next customer.
